The price shown for the goods exclude postage and packing unless specifically stated.  The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries. Please email online@servtec.co.za for a quote on deliveries outside of South Africa.

Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched withing 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of an alternative date or to cancel the order.

Returns Information and Exchanges

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (excluding sale items and Free offer items), we will exchange them or give you a refund (less postage and packaging), provided you return them to us in their original condition and packaging with the original delivery note, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. You have 10 days to return the goods. If you have ordered the wrong size, you may return it with your delivery note explaining your requirements.

On refunds postage become chargable. Refunds are normally made withing 10 days of receipt of goods but no later than 30 days. Postage and deliver charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods except if it is our fault (faulty or wrong goods sent). If would be helpful if you could send un an email when returning goods giving reasons for the return if faulty and if faulty, the nature of the fault.
